• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after supplier approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Since we operate as an intermediary, refund processing is dependent on supplier confirmation.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not maintain inventory
• We act only as a middleman for return/refund processing
• Your personal information and claim evidence may be shared with suppliers and logistics partners
• Supplier assessment determines refund/replacement eligibility
• Supplier judgement shall be treated as our judgement
• Resolution timelines are not guaranteed

Absence of required evidence (such as unboxing video) may affect claim eligibility.
