MRP Disclaimer:
The Maximum Retail Price (MRP) displayed on the Platform may differ from the MRP printed on the product packaging due to supplier updates, batch variations, regional pricing, or packaging revisions. Such differences do not constitute grounds for dispute, except as required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Use of the Platform is at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for evaluating whether products meet your requirements.
All content on the Platform is owned or licensed by 24BY7 BAZAAR and protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
You agree to pay all charges displayed at checkout.
Applicable GST and other taxes will be charged as per Indian tax laws.
We collaborate with partner stores and vendors on the Platform. Users/members may earn reward points on eligible purchases made through such partner stores, subject to applicable terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria defined by the Platform Owner.
Referral programs, shopping points, cashback, and rewards:
You have no vested right or ownership over such points.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, expire, or cancel such benefits at any time without notice.
Reward points, benefits, or percentage calculations may be structured based on overall platform activity, group performance, or other criteria determined by the Platform Owner.
The Platform Owner shall have full and absolute rights to define, modify, calculate, distribute, or withdraw such points or percentages at its sole discretion, and users shall have no claim or entitlement beyond what is provided by the Platform.

Product availability, quality, quantity, packaging, and delivery timelines depend on third-party suppliers and logistics partners.
For complaints, returns, refunds, replacements, or disputes:
To process orders, deliveries, refunds, replacements, or dispute resolutions, we may share your personal information (including name, contact details, and address) with third-party suppliers and logistics partners.
By using the Platform, you expressly consent to such data sharing in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
Vendors, merchants, and partner sellers listing products on the Platform agree to comply with all applicable Platform policies, including these Terms and Conditions.
By onboarding, registering, or conducting business through the Platform, Partners expressly confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and all related policies.
Partners also agree to operate in accordance with the Platform’s operational guidelines, pricing structures, and compliance requirements.
The Platform Owner reserves the right to charge a service fee or commission, which may include up to 3% of the vendor’s total turnover or transaction value, or such other fee as communicated from time to time.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner from claims arising from:
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant transaction.
Nothing excludes rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
